Enterprise Group

All the Employment Pathways have a highly supported introductory route. We have our own in-house enterprises which provide an ideal stepping stone to the placements we have with our employer partners.

The in-house enterprises are:

Blueberry@Silver Street – Arts, crafts, gifts and upcycled furniture are sold in the shop, which offers retail, marketing, customer services and ICT opportunities.

Office Skills– learning office and IT skills as well as helping to organise social events. The team focus on community based projects and the experience improves the understanding of the range of roles within the community and public sectors.

Facilities Team – working as part of the facilities and care-taking team at the centre, meeting the health and safety, security and operational needs of the centre.

Art &Craft Enterprise – a supported group making high quality items for the Silver Street shop, such as jewellery, furniture, wall art and decorations.

Garden Care – working on commercial jobs, raised beds and polytunnel at the Melbourne Centre.
